First time seller companies are only eligible for one appointment schedule. Tourism Australia reserves the right to assess on a case by case basis.

Exclusions
A seller may exclude organisations by country during preferencing (maximum of 15 countries) that they do not wish to meet with. This will prevent prescheduled appointments with buyers from these countries.  It is the responsibility of each seller to set and manage their exclusions during the preferencing phase.

NB. A buyer may exclude sellers by operation type during preferencing (maximum of 5 operation types) that they do not wish to meet with.  This will prevent prescheduled appointments with sellers with these operation types.
