PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE  
All participating seller companies must have public liability insurance to a minimum of AUD $10,000,000, details of which must be provided in your online application.  Full documentation may be requested by Tourism Australia.

You are required to enter the following details of your public liability insurance policy in the organisation details section of your application.

  • Name of policy provider, including dollar amount of coverage
  • Policy number
  • Policy expiry date
  • Policy territorial limits

All participants are reminded that Tourism Australia does not:

  • Accept responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by participants or visitors
  • Provide or arrange for any insurance for, or on behalf of, participants or visitors
  • Provide any indemnity for loss or injury suffered by participants or visitors

Participants are reminded that it is their responsibility to arrange insurance including public and product liability, workers compensation and property insurance.

Should you not have sufficient cover for ATE17 you can arrange temporary cover through Expertise Events.  Refer to the above ATE service order forms.
