Participation Fee AUD Conditions
Buyer earlybird registration (primary and additional delegates) $1,035 Applies to buyer applications submitted between Tuesday 18 October and Tuesday 15 November 2016.
Buyer standard registration (primary and additional delegates) $1,200 Applies to buyer applications submitted between Wednesday 16 November and Wednesday 25 January 2017.
Product Representation Company (PRC), General Sales Agent (GSA) and B2B Online Booking Platform $1,200 Able to participate in Online Messaging. Prescheduled appointments generated by seller request only. Accommodation is not included.
State and Territory Tourism Organisation (STO) Regional buyer $1,200 Only available to STO staff from regional offices who wish to have an appointment schedule to meet with sellers. Accommodation is not included.
Buyer day pass $405 Available to buyer delegates where the buyer company is accepted to attend ATE and there is a primary delegate attending on an appointment schedule. Accommodation is not included.
Late registration surcharge $50 Applies to all buyer applications received on or after Thursday 26 January 2017. This is in addition to the registration fees listed above.

All fees are per delegate, in Australian dollars and inclusive of Australian GST. Fees are payable in your local currency. To check the currency rates please click here.

All dates are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC +10).

INVOICES

  • One invoice per company will be issued and will include the participation fees for all delegates attending.
  • The invoice will be sent the week commencing 13 February 2017 with 21 days to finalise payment.
  • Delegates from companies that have outstanding invoices will not be able to register at ATE until payment is made.
  • Any outstanding payments made at the event will be accepted in AUD only, irrespective of the currency listed on the invoice.


CANCELLATION
By agreeing to the event terms and conditions you are accepting the Tourism Australia cancellation policy. Cancellation fees apply regardless of whether participation invoice has been raised or payment made.
Should you need to cancel your participation at ATE, please inform your ATE buyer team member in writing immediately.
