FLIGHTS
 

Virgin Australia will provide return flights to Sydney for selected buyer delegates (excluding STO and PRC/GSA delegates) from North America and New Zealand.
Qualifying delegates will receive booking information directly from your local Tourism Australia office in January.
Etihad Airways will provide return international flights to Australia for selected buyer delegates (excluding STO and PRC/GSA delegates) from the United Kingdom and Europe.
Qualifiying delegates will receive booking information directly from your local Tourism Australia office in January.

All other international buyer delegates will receive flight information directly from your local Tourism Australia office.
 

ACCOMMODATION
All hosted buyer delegates (excluding STOs, PRCs/GSAs and buyers based in the host city) are eligible for 5 nights' accommodation in Sydney as part of the ATE17 participation fee.  

IN Sunday 14 May 2017   OUT Friday 19 May 2017

Additional nights, if required, are the responsibility of the delegate to arrange and do not form part of the participation fee.
Please note that delegates who make their own accommodation arrangements will not receive a reduction in the participation fee and for security purposes should contact their ATE buyer coordinator to advise where they intend to stay during the event.


VISA INFORMATION
The Australian Government's Department of Immigration and Border Protection have an International Event Coordinator Network which can assist buyers with visa information for ATE.
