Australian Surf Tours

For the past eight years, Australian Surf Tours (AST) has been specialising in learn-to-surf adventures that offer a unique Australian experience through close encounters with native wildlife, access to uncrowded beaches and amazing waves, and personal attention. Based just one hour’s drive south of Sydney on the NSW South Coast, AST offers a range of experiences to suit every level of surfer. These include all-inclusive one-day surf trips, camping adventures, surf camps as well as surf development courses at the AST Beach Motel.

The Blue Mountains Accommodation and Tourism Association represented by Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains – MGallery by Sofitel and The Mountain Heritage Hotel & Spa Retreat Blue Mountains.

Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains – MGallery by Sofitel is adjacent to the Leura Golf Club, just 90 minutes’ drive west of Sydney, and surrounded by World Heritage-listed national park. Completely renovated in 2015, the resort has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, bars, restaurants and Ubika Day Spa as well as extensive conference facilities for up to 400. The Mountain Heritage Hotel & Spa Retreat Blue Mountains also has panoramic mountain views. It features 41 rooms, an a la carte restaurant, Spa Sublime day spa, cocktail bar, open fireplace, pool and fitness centre.




Blue Mountains Explorer Bus

A double-decker bus service visits the region’s main attractions in Katoomba, Leura and Wentworth Falls allowing visitors to hop on and off all day, every day. From Sydney’s Central railway station, visitors can travel to the Blue Mountains and join the Explorer Bus at Katoomba railway station. Day passes are available as well as passes for longer stays. The Blue Mountains Explorer Bus is available for private tours and transfers from Sydney.



Byron Holiday Park

This newly-refurbished mid-range property is set on 11 hectares of beautiful coastal parkland, five minutes from the centre of Byron Bay and with direct beach access.  Byron Holiday Park has 72 modern villas, cabins, studios and cottages configured to accommodate families, couples, groups and independent travelers. EcoTreasures gives visitors the chance to come face-to-face with Australia’s stunning marine life on its Manly Snorkeling Tour. Tours range from beginner to experienced and operate twice a day. Private tours are also available. EcoTreasures also operate a range of private day tours - Sydney Northern Beaches (from Sydney Harbour to Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park) and the Blue Mountains.


Green Cauldron Tours

Green Cauldron Tours offers small-group, scheduled day tours and private tours of the magnificent Wollumbin-Mount Warning region and surrounds. Tours depart from Byron Bay, Tweed Heads and the Gold Coast.

Ngaran Ngaran Culture Awareness (NNCA) - Gulaga Creation Tour

Established in 2011, NNCA is an Aboriginal-owned and -operated tour operator based in Narooma on the NSW South Coast on Yuin country. The Gulaga Creation Tour is a 40 hour experience, led by head guide Dwayne ‘Naja’ Bannon-Harrison and his family team who welcome guests to Yuin country to immerse themselves in the world’s oldest living culture. The tour includes a sacred journey on Gulaga Mountain, participation in traditional ceremonies and teachings of the local dreaming stories.


NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service

NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service provides Australia’s largest range of nature- based experiences. Two exclusive visitor experiences are based in Sydney and Byron Bay. In Sydney, visitors board a vintage ferry for the Sydney Harbour Island Tour.  In Byron Bay, visitors spend a day exploring local beaches before staying at the heritage Byron Bay Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottages which are the ideal spot to see the sunrise.
