World Travel Market (WTM) 2009 will be held at ExCel in London, UK from 9 - 12 November 2009.

WTM is established as the world's leading travel exhibition and 2009 marks the show’s 30th year anniversary. WTM brings the industry's most prominent figures together to negotiate new contracts, develop existing relationships and set strategies for the future.

Application process

A username and password are required to create an online application. Australian and New Zealand companies applying to attend World Travel Market (WTM) 2009 must first be registered on the Tourism Australia database. Only companies registered on the Tourism Australia database will be issued with a username and password and an invitation to apply for the event. If you did not receive an invitation to apply for World Travel Market (WTM) 2009 and do not have a username and password, please visit our Customer Self Service website.

 

All applications must be completed and submitted online by the application closing date, Thursday 23 July 2009. All completed applications will be assessed against the Seller Selection Criteria and all applicants will be advised via email whether their application has been successful. Successful applicants will be required to accept Tourism Australia's 'Offer of Acceptance' by the acceptance deadline, Thursday 3 August 2009, in order to confirm attendance at the event. 

 

*Please note that company public liability information MUST be included in all applications and is required in order to be considered to attend. Should public liability information be incomplete or missing, exhibitors will be automatically waitlisted until full details are provided. Similarly, if a company has an outstanding debt with Tourism Australia, the company's application will be automatically waitlisted until the debt is cleared.
