It's important to note the following:
- These programs are subject to change without notice
- On Monday 31 May 2010 no access will be permitted to the trade show floor for Western only Seller and Buyer delegates. All delegates must register at the ACC prior to attending the Eastern Farewell/Western Welcome function on Monday 31 May 2010.
- FUNCTION FREE ZONES: To protect and respect the investment of our major partners, sellers wishing to host buyers for meals, functions or private meetings for Buyers must do so outside of the official function times. The green highlighted areas in the attached programs indicate function free zones where no 'unofficial' meetings or functions may take place.
- If you do plan to host an unofficial function on one of the designated 'free' nights, please complete the Unofficial Meetings and Functions Registration Form and return to Nora So via email nso@tourism.australia.com or fax to (02) 9361 1886.
