* Buyer Appointment Schedules 

  • Australian based buyers: Delegates will be considered Australian based if the delegate works from Australia (despite the company being based overseas)
  • A maximum of two buyer delegates from one company can share the same appointment schedule
  • All eligible buyers are encouraged to apply for individual appointment schedules
  • It is compulsory for Buyer delegates representing first time companies at ATE to have their own appointment schedule
  • Delegates that are the contact for the appointment schedule should be registered as a 'primary' delegate in the buyer application. Every delegate registered as a 'primary' delegate will be allocated an appointment schedule
  • Delegates registered as 'additional delegates' in the application will not be allocated their own individual appointment schedule

** Directory of Australian Sellers

As part of the participation fee, every primary and additional delegate will receive a printed copy of the Directory of Australian Sellers (only for the module they are attending). These will be distributed upon registration at ATE 2010. An electronic version will be available to download free of charge from your online application prior to the event (available mid May).

*** Directory of Buyers

Each registered buyer company will receive a listing in the Directory of Buyers. The listing will include the company contact details and biography as supplied in your application. The Directory of Buyers will be distributed in hard copy to primary seller delegates only and will be available in CD format for seller 'additional' delegates.
