Accommodation
All buyers (with the exception of regional STO delegates taking buyer appointment schedules) are eligible to receive accommodation in Adelaide as part of the ATE 2010 participation fee. The core dates of accommodation provided for these delegates are:
Eastern Module: IN Friday 28 May; OUT Tuesday 1 June (total 4 nights)
Western Module: IN Monday 31 May ; OUT Saturday 5 June (total 5 nights)
Tourism Australia has booked these core dates of accommodation for each delegate as above. Additional nights, if required, are your responsibility to arrange and do not form part of the participation fee. Contact details of sponsor hotels will be provided shortly.
Delegates who make their own accommodation arrangements will not receive a reduction in the participation fee and should contact Tourism Australia to advise where they intend to stay during the event for security purposes.

Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS)
Australian quarantine standards are very strict. Every piece of luggage coming into Australia is now x-rayed or screened. Visitors must declare for inspection all food, plant material and animal products on arrival in Australia to ensure they are free of pests and diseases. To find out more information on what you can or cannot take into Australia, please visit the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) website www.daff.gov.au/aqis/travel.
Customs Information
On 1 February 2005, new rules were introduced relating to the amount of duty free goods that can be brought into Australia. The new rules state that if you exceed any of the concession limits set out by the Australian Customs Service, Customs will charge you duty and tax on the entire importation or purchase within that group of items. For more information visit the Australian Customs Service website.
