Participation fees

The table below indicates ATE 2011 Buyer participation fees and the associated conditions. All fees are per delegate, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.  All dates are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC +10).
 

Please refer to the inclusions and exclusions tab for more information on what the participation fees cover. For full details regarding Buyer delegate participation, please refer to the ATE event policies.
 

Buyers are required to attend the entire module of ATE that they are accepted to attend. Day passes are not available as a participation option.

 

Participation Type  Fee (AUD) Conditions
Buyer standard registration $780.00 Applies to Buyer applications submitted between Saturday 13 November and Tuesday 7 December 2010.
Buyer late registration surcharge $105.00 Applies to all Buyer applications received on or after Wednesday 8 December 2010. This is in addition to the registration fees listed above.
Product Representation Company (PRC) $1460.00 Not eligible for prescheduled appointments.
Early
bird discount does not apply. Able to participate in Online Messaging.
Australian-based Inbound Tour Operator or National Tour Operator (ITO or NTO) $780.00 Only available to additional delegates of accepted ITO or NTO seller companies exhibiting at ATE. Early bird registration discount does not apply.
State and Territory Tourism Organisation (STO) regional Buyer $780.00 Only available to STO staff from regional offices who wish to have an appointment schedule to meet with sellers. Early bird registration discount does not apply.


Participation invoice

  • One invoice per company will be issued and will include the participation fees for all delegates attending.
  • The invoice will be sent in January 2011 and you will have 21 days to finalise payment.
  • Delegates from companies that have outstanding invoices will not be allowed to register at ATE until payment is made.
  • Any outstanding payments made at the event will only be accepted in AUD, irrespective of the currency listed on the invoice.


Cancellation fees
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are accepting the Tourism Australia cancellation policy. Cancellation fees apply regardless of whether participation invoice has been raised or payment made.

50% cancellation fee - charged from Thursday 6 January 2011 to Tuesday 22 February 2011
100% cancellation fee - charged from Wednesday 23 February 2011 onwards

Should you need to cancel your participation at ATE, please inform your ATE Coordinator in writing immediately.
