  • Participation fee is inclusive of 10% Australian GST
  • Only one (1) delegate is permitted per organisation
  • Delegate substitution will not be permitted
  • Entry to KWF2011 business sessions and social functions will be permitted to registered delegates only



Table-top
participation fee includes:

  • Program for one delegate as specified
  • One company name plate
  • One appointment schedule
  • Networking lunch as specified in the program
  • A database of Korean buyers
  • Attendance to Market Presentation
  • Access to power point


Participation fee does not include:

  • Flight costs, accommodation and other travel arrangements to Melbourne and workshop venue
  • All meals other than those specified
  • Shipment of brochures
  • Travel insurance
  • Any extra hire (e.g. audio visual equipment)
  • Any items not specified in the 'Table-top participation fee includes' section above



Invoicing Procedures
Following your company's online acceptance of Tourism Australia's offer to attend the Korean Workshop & Famil 2011, participation invoices will be raised in Australian Dollars (AUD) and sent to the bill to address provided within your online application. Invoices for KWF 2011 will be distributed the week commencing 28 March 2011 and full payment will be required by Wednesday 13 April 2011. Participants are reminded that all costs for KWF 2011 and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event.


Insurance and Liability Issues
All participants are reminded that Tourism Australia DOES NOT:

  • Accept responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by participants or visitors
  • Provide or arrange for any insurance for, or on behalf, of participants or visitors
  • Provide any indemnity for loss or injury suffered by participants or visitors

Participants are reminded that it is their responsibility to arrange insurance including public & product liability, workers compensation and property insurance.


Cancellation Fees

50% cancellation fees From Wednesday 30 March to Tuesday 12 April 2011
100% cancellation fees From Wednesday 13 April 2011


All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation fees apply regardless of whether the participation fee has been paid.
