Allocation of share partners
In the case of two companies nominating to share with each other in the same exhibition area, and both are accepted, Tourism Australia will automatically allocate these companies a share booth. Tourism Australia reserves the right to review on a case by case basis.

If a company is accepted for a share booth without nominating a preferred share partner, or the nominated share partner has:

  • since cancelled their application
  • not been accepted to attend the event
  • nominated an alternate preferred share partner

Tourism Australia, in conjunction with the relevant STO, will endeavour to assign a non-competitive share partner. Tourism Australia accepts no responsibility where the allocation of competing share partners in unavoidable.

Corner booth
Companies requesting a sole or share booth can also request a corner booth. Corner booths are in high demand and only a limited number are available. A corner booth surcharge applies for companies that have requested and are allocated a corner booth.

Corner booths are not allocated at the time of acceptance and your acceptance summary and first participation invoice will show a standard booth price. You will be notified of your corner booth allocation closer to the event and should you be allocated a corner booth, the corner booth surcharge will appear on your second participation invoice. View an image of a typical share corner booth.

Booth position
All Sellers requesting a sole or share booth are allocated to the State or Territory area they have requested to exhibit in. National exhibitors will be allocated to areas throughout the trade show floor that are dedicated to national product.

The decision on where to locate Sellers will be based on maximising the floor space and making the most of the venue space available. Requests to exhibit in a particular area of the venue will not be accepted by Tourism Australia.
