International media appointment schedules
Appointment schedules are optional for international media and can be managed online through your application. ATE appointment schedules are system generated and allow for international media to meet individually with sellers (Australian tourism businesses). Please note that by selecting an appointment schedule as an ATE Media delegate, it is your responsibility to carry out your appointments.
Each appointment in the Eastern module will be 13 minutes duration. The number of available appointments for international media will be limited in order to fit in with other activities in the international media program.
All International Media delegates will also meet with each State Tourism Organisation (this is a compulsory meeting for all media delegates) and will have the opportunity to meet with sellers as determined by preferences.
*Preferences is an online process through which international media have the option to submit a list of up to 100 preferred sellers to have appointments with at ATE. Sellers will not be able to preference media for appointments.
