Tourism Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Agility Fairs & Events as the official freight company for ATE 2012.
Agility Fairs & Events will be coordinating an official ATE freight forwarding service from each capital and major regional city to Perth by road. By coordinating the freight through one supplier, the aim is to supply a sliding scale rate based on volume to assist in off-setting costs for all participants.
Pick up and delivery deadlines for the consolidation points are as follows:

If you require a quote for your freight, please download the Transportation Quote Request Form (PDF 253kb). Please fax your completed form to Agility Fairs & Events on (02) 9642 6899 by Friday 25 May 2012.
Agility Fairs & Events will be managing the loading docks at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) for ATE 2012. Any companies not using Agility Fairs & Events for their freight movements are required to provide Agility with a delivery schedule (including day and time) by Friday 25 May 2012 so that deliveries to the loading dock can be better controlled.
If you are organising your own freight through another service provider, please download the PCEC delivery label. Please note that goods will not be received prior to Tuesday 12 June 2012.
