Map of venue
Please view a map of the venue. As in previous years the Australia stand (number 121) will be located in hall 5.2a.
Australia stand
Dimensions: The size if the Australia stand will be approximately 200sqm with the dimensions being approximately 11 x 18.5 metres.
Design: The stand design in 2012 will incorporate highly visible Australia branding and a functional stand that enables partners to interact with trade partners and with consumers to conduct business.
Functionality: The stand will incorporate:
- A trade and consumer reception counter
- Dedicated booths or counters for each seller
- Dedicated area for State and Territory Organisations
- Dedicated area for Day Pass holders
- As in 2011 we will be offering the opportunity to market your products directly to the consumer on Saturday and Sunday.
- A hospitality area for morning and afternoon tea, and snack lunch (for registered delegates only)
Visibility: All stand partners will be included on the main listing of stand partners that will appear near the reception counter during the trade days.
Tourism Australia will also prepare a printed Directory of Australian Sellers which will include all sellers, including Day pass companies. This will be distributed to stand visitors over the course of the event. The Directory is invaluable during the event and also serves as a sound reference tool for trade visitors at the event.
Appointments: ITB does not have a structured appointment format. It is strongly recommended that you organise any trade appointments prior to arriving at the event. Any inquiries received/appointments requested by interested trade visitors during the event, will be passed on by the Tourism Australia reception counter staff or the relevant stand partners.
Parking information / transport
There are limited parking spaces available at the event. Public transport is suggested, or take the free shuttle service provided by Tourism Australia from the Adina Hauptbahnhof to the ITB venue.
