Exhibitor requirements

Freight forwarding details
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange the shipping of any literature to the event and incur any associated costs. Please arrange to have any brochures (or other materials for distribution at the event) delivered directly to the Australia stand. 

Tourism Australia recommends to provide 200 brochures for trade days and an additional 200 copies for consumer days. If you want your brochures to arrive early please contact any of the two official freight-forwarding companies of the event.  They will advise you of delivery addresses and payment details:

Public Liability Insurance
A company applying to exhibit at a Tourism Australia Trade Event must have public liability insurance to a minimum of AUD $5,000,000. Evidence of the following information must be provided within the company’s online application to Tourism Australia;

  • Name of policy provider
  • Policy number
  • Policy expiry date
  • Policy territorial limits
