Directory of Sellers
Tourism Australia will prepare a Directory of Australian Sellers. This will be distributed to visitors over the course of the event. Contact details, delegate details, and a company biography will be included for each company.
It is recommended that you supply your 200-word company biography in English via email to Olga Kotsis no later than by Thursday 8 December 2011. The company biography should be concise and factual and should not exceed 200 words. Tourism Australia reserves the right to edit biographies for grammar and length. We recommend you make reference to the following:
- Target markets
- Location of product
- Region/places covered by tour/cruise/transport company
- Duration of tours
- Seasonality
- Special facilities/services
- Awards won
- New product features for 2012
To maximise your time, please compose your biography in a word document before commencing your application online. At time of completing your online application, all you need to do is cut and paste into the space provided.
Company logo for graphic panel
As a standard inclusion of your participation, you are provided with one graphic panel within your booth / counter to display your company logo. Please provide your company logo in the following format:
- Company logo (black and white or colour) as an Illustrator full vector paths EPS file only
- Prefer landscape orientation
Files should be emailed to Olga Kotsis no later than Thursday 8 December 2011.
Badges
Your personalised electronic entry badge for ITB 2012 will be sent by Olga Kotsis in mid February 2012, together with the Final Briefing Notes for this event.
Please ensure you take note of the electronic file and print out your badge before you arrive at the event. On your first day of attendance (regardless of the date), you will require the print out to enter the venue. You will be issued with your official badge at the Tourism Australia stand on your first day of attendance.
No access will be granted to delegates by the event organiser without a printed copy of your electronic entry on your first day of attendance.
