Corroboree West 2017 will be hosted on the Gold Coast in partnership with Destination Gold Coast, from 9 - 14 October 2017. Corroboree West is an Australia-based trade event that combines a three day training workshop from 11 to 13 October and familiarisation around Australia exclusively catered for qualified Aussie Specialist agents from the USA, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. These qualified Aussie Specialists are front-line travel sellers from retail agencies and wholesale who actively sell Australia as a preferred long-haul destination to travellers.

The India Travel Mission (ITM) 2017 is taking place in Pune, India from 16 to 19 August 2017. This event provides a superb opportunity for representatives from the Australian tourism industry to establish business relationships with key qualified travel agencies and tour operators from India, including the main cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Pune. ITM17 includes pre-scheduled meetings between Buyers and Sellers, and opportunities to network at the official event functions. ITM is now held annually due to strong demand from the Australian industry and the Indian travel trade, supported by the growing interest and awareness in travel to Australia from India and increased air capacity between the regions.
